Can a contact be reactivated in a workflow campaign if they were initially a bounceback?

I've set-up a workflow campaign that sent an email invitation to 200 people and had 12 bouncebacks.  After fixing the email addresses for 10 of the 12 that were incorrect, I would expect that the updates contacts would receive a new invitation once ODM determines that their email address has been changed.  Wishful thinking perhaps because they don't receive a new invitation. 

Is there a way to get these 10 people back into the campaign?
