Line not getting printed at the end of the page - BI Publisher

We are using a RTF template and XML data source to generate reports in BI Publisher. The data is getting printed in the tabular format, with no lines for rows. However, at the end of the table a line gets printed. The problem we are facing is that if the data extends to multiple pages, the table does not close at the end of each page.
