Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. MOVE ORDER HEADER IS APPROVED, MOVE ORDER LINE STATUS IS CLOSED

Hi Experts, We are using R12.1.3 and we are facing the following problem

MOVE ORDER HEADER IS APPROVED, MOVE ORDER LINE STATUS IS CLOSED,

1.Header status becomes approved but all the line status changing as 'Closed'

2.But,i have tested in test environment its working fine for the same org,item and sub inventory....please help me to sort out this
