Projects conversion from legacy to R12.1.3

we are converting legacy projects to R12.1.3. We use percentage of completion method of billing. We have revenue recognition cusotm hooks. We have billed certain amount of the agreement from legacy system. However we have to bring the complete agreement amount to Oracle so that the billing lines can be seen in projects. This would enable the revenue recognition to recognize revenue. We are planning to create invoices in Projects and interface to AR which will be deleted. This way we will have the billing lines in Projects but no corresponding lines in AR. Can you please let us know
