FYI Notifications when using AME

Dear all.

Can FYI notifications be generated for PO/PR approval while using AME. If yes can we generate a notification after requisition has been approved by defining a status attribute.
similar thing for a PO when a PO has been approved can we send a FYI notification to the person who has raised the requisition.
