Service Contracts - Quality Assurance Checklist DFF is greyout

Hi,

Service contracts (OKC) quality assurance check lists DFF is greyout so that we can not enter any value. For this reason Attribute1 has been update with 'Yes' from database(As you can see in the attachment)

How can we enter this value from application side? Why this DFF is greyout?
