Contract Purchase Agreement

Hi All,

Is it possible to create a Contract purchase agreement which is not global in Core Apps in R12?

When i tried creating a Contract Purchase Agreement, the global check box was enabled and i was not able to uncheck this check box. Is there any setup which makes it global by default for Contract Purchase Agreement?
