Oracle Pick Release SRS releasing Production Open Lines

We are seeing that the Oracle Pick Release SRS program is releasing a lot of lines which are in 'Production Open' status. Though lines are going into Backordered mode after being tried to be Pick Released by the program, is there any way to stop the program from picking up and trying to release these lines.

We are on version Oracle e-business suite version 11.5.10.2
