Is it possible to reschedule Discrete Job based on Actual Operation Completion?

 Consider following scenario:In Job A, Operation 1 Starts at 10 APR 2013 10:00:00 & Ends at 10 APR 2013 14:00:00 (Scheduled Completion Time).
While Operation 2 starts at 10 APR 2013 14:00:00 & Ends at 10 APR 2013 18:00:00.

Now If Operation 1 Ends at 10 APR 2013 16:00:00 (Actual completion Time), how to reschedule Operation 2 automatically to start at 10 APR 2013 16:00:00 ends ends at 10 APR 2013 20:00:00?
