Flow of Data from ODM to CRM

Hi,

Data flow between ODM and CRM is unpredictable.I made a Campaign(Program)(did not launch it) few days back and it flowed in CRM,i made newCampaign on 5th April but its not getting synced to CRM(Program)(did not launch it).Why it is not synced can you tell?
