Patch 7522581 not available for Oracle Applications v12.1.3

Hi,
We are facing following Error while running Payables Open Interface Import Program

ERROR
Enter password:
REP-1419: 'beforereport': PL/SQL program aborted.
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
REP-1419: 'beforereport': PL/SQL program aborted.

We have a found a metalink note #818982.1 for this issue and asked DBA's to apply the patches.
Patches#7599916, 7173042 are already applied, however for patch 7522581 we couldn't find the exact matching version for Oracle Applications v12.1.3.

Could you please assist on this?
