12.1.3 Project List page very slow to load

Hello,

The Project List page is very slow to load.  The first time, it can take 2 minutes or more.  We are on EBS 12.1.3, and I am referring to /oracle/apps/pa/project/webui/MyProjectsPG.  I have searched and cannot find any history of this page being a problem for others.  In there an existing fix or some action we can take to improve this for our users?
