Capital asset managerment realted... Purchase of services for equipment work order

Hi,

We have mapped equipment work orders. We have to setup process for allocating labor work to external service providers/ vendors.

Is there any standard setup in Equipment work orders to accomodate full end to end cycle (of creating purchase order for external labors and receiving the services provided by them, then creating vouchers/ payments against it , then rolling back this labor cost as part of maintenance work order)?
