Performance Data For The Harvester Job

Hi Folks,
Now as part of the 10.3.8.0.0 OCM Release available as a Download in MOS -> Collector Tab, we can now monitor the Harvester Job's runtime statistics.

Many customers have asked us to provide a way to monitor the Harvester Job's Metrics when running to make sure that this Job itself is not negatively impacting system resources.  Keep in mind that this Job itself can be rescheduled or modified to run at a different time outside of it's default 2AM slot.
