"network or page" error

While researching what appears to me as bogus "Health Recommendations" in Sunday's "Oracle Support HOT Topics" email I encountered a "network or page" error.
I do not know how to locate the document other that following the links in the email but these are the cookie crumbs displayed above the document:
    
Dashboard > Search Results: Oracle Database 11.2.0.2.0 > Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit) >

The document (see attachment) is titled:
Oracle Database 11.2.0.2.0 is certified on Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit) 10

The document contains two links that are titled "click here".  Both links return the following error:
