Creating a custom web tab in CRM OD

 Hi,
I've a requirement to create a custom web tab which should redirect to Forecast Home Page. While creating the web tab, I've given the URL as "https://secure-ausomxjba.crmondemand.com/OnDemand/user/Forecasts."  When we click on the web tab , it is displaying multiple company banner and menus along with the Forecast home page.  I've attached the screen shot. Please guide me.
