AR Statements Printing issue

Hi  Everyone,

   I am trying not a to print statement for a customer. I have unchecked the Send Statement check box at Customer Level in profile Document Printing. But it is still printing it.

  We are on 11.5.10.2

  The Bill-To Site Profile does not exists.

   Can anyone please let me know why it is still printing it?. I have uploaded the screen shot.
