nonsensical "Health Recommendations"

Anyone find it disappointing that "Health Recommendations" do not actually recommend anything?
I have 27 "non-certified configuration" recommendations in the HOT Topics email from yesterday (Sunday April 7, 2013).  I beleive they are trying to tell me that Oracle DB is not supported on Oracle Solaris10.

Did Oracle recently drop support for any Oracle products running on Solaris 10?
