Material Status

Hi,

I am new to R12. I read about the Material Status which can be attached to Items. This is the steps which i followed

1) Created a new Material Status (Eg: Test - Quarantine).

2) Checked for an item which already has stock on hand in a subinventory.

3) I read that there is a program Activate Onhand Level Material Status Tracking, but I am not able to see such a request in Inventory superuser responsibility (in Vision instance). I checked in System Administrator to see if this program is enabled and i can see that its enabled.

Can someone please tell me if i am missing any step when trying to change the material status for a particular item.
