OTL: Can a Manager Modify an Employees Timecard and then Approve it. Is this Functionality Available

 When an Employee submits timecard, it goes to manager for approval.Now Manager needs to modify the timecard and approve it. Is this functionality available in OTL.
If Yes, Please provide steps to achieve it.
