Oracle ERP Navigator style collapsible Menu

Hi guys
We are using Oracle ERP R12 from last four years and our users are well accustomed to the Navigator menu. We are assigned a task to migrate few of our legacy applications to Weblogic 10.3.6 with Forms/Reports 11g. We would like to have some guidance towards designing such a navigator menu for our legacy application(s).

Any pointers, references will be highly appreciated.
