ORA-00600: internal error code during upgarde from R12.0.4 to R12.1.1

when we are upgrading our OIC application from  R12.0.4 to R12.1.1 i.e., while applying the patch 7303030 we got the below error Reading jobs from FND_INSTALL_PROCESSES table ...

  FAILED: file zpbsq_dmprop.sql on worker  1 for product zpb username ZPB.
  FAILED: file zpbob_obentry.sql on worker  2 for product zpb username ZPB.
  FAILED: file zpbsq_obentry.sql on worker  3 for product zpb username ZPB.
  FAILED: file zpbob_ctentry.sql on worker  4 for product zpb username ZPB.
and error in worker log is :sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/oicappdb1/OIC/apps/apps_st/appl/zpb/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/zpbsq_dmprop.sql
