Capture Error for Bulk Event and crate accounting API

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) Question
 Hi Could you please let me know how to capture Error generated while calling Following XLA API's 

1.XLA_EVENTS_PUB_PKG.create_bulk_events
2.XLA_ACCOUNTING_PUB_PKG.accounting_program_events

Since there is no Parameter to know the message count and message stack like we have in other APIs . So please let me know if we have to enable some profile for that . I have enabled following profile for my user and when i am calling .accounting_program_events API after setting environment for my user , it is returning ret_code as 2 and ret_buffer is NULL . i am also not able to see any thing XLA_ACCOUNTING_ERROR table . Please Help  Me on that . Thanks in Advance
