payable open interface doesnt pick in record

 Hello,
Why payable open interface program doesnt pick any rows?I check the org_id in both interface table that is correct.I search on website for the same issue,but doesnt found any solution.

I can see data on interface table ap_invoice_interface and ap_invoice_line_interface table,and all the mandatory columns are filled.

No error found in log file and ouput,and also no record found in AP_INTERFACE_REJECTIONS.
