Service Territory - Enable Matching Attributes

Hello All,

I've a problem with enabling attributes on R12.1.3. I've enabled a couple of attributes via the following navigation:
Territory Management --> Territory Manager Application Setup --> Enable Matching Attributes

I've tried clearing the cache but that doesnt seem to help. Any pointers will be appreciated.
