What is the meaning of the data item RECC in table F07149 (F07149.Y8RECC)

For field RECC in F07149, the values displayed are either a "A" or a "B" however the visual assist associated to that field of the table is for UDC 00/SC from which values "A" and "B" are absent since UDC 00/SC contains only the following values:  43 (Supplier Analysis) and (51) Job Status. Furthermore, looking at the Help text associated to that F07149.Y8RECC field, the Help text is as follows:

"Field used by Supplier Rating in the Purchasing system and will be "43". This field is used by Job Status in the Job Cost system and will be "51".

As you can see from the above, nothing related of the F07149 table.  Would anyone know what the real existing values of "A" and "B" as seen as the only valid values in F07149 really mean?
