While applying the suggested patch 13107915 we are getting below error in TEST instance.
ERROR generating form "forms/US/QOTHDDET.fmx" from input file
/testappl/apps/apps_st/appl/au/12.0.0/forms/US/QOTHDDET.fmb

Results of form generation:
(from file /testappl/apps/apps_st/appl/au/12.0.0/forms/US/QOTHDDET.err
