V210 PS Failed

 Hi All,

We are facing a issue in SF V210 server. In that the PS fan is not running and its throwing a error on console 

[ID 211032 kern.error] PSU @ PS0 has FAULTED.

It is solaris 9. We upgrade the firmware and raised the PS and replaced it. After replacing that also we are facing the same issue.
