Send a Fax to multiple recipients

Hi,
I have an issue where I am trying to send a fax (ctrl+F9) to multiple recipients. I select multiple contacts each with an email address and press ctrl+F9 (send fax). However, the email addresses are not populate in the to field.

Is this a known issue or limitation?
