Usage Tracking - Can I automatically send an email to users who have not logged into CRM in the last
I know I can run a report that shows users who have not logged into CRM in the past 30 days. However, I would like to have something set up to automatically send an email to users who have not logged into the system for xx days. Is there a way to trigger an email message via the report? Can it be set up through workflow? And if so, how can this be done?
