How do I save or print a white paper without truncating the right side and still keep the graphics?

Hello Community,

How do I save or print a white paper without truncating the right side and still keep the graphics? I want to use the white paper as an aid to explain a process to end users.

The only way I have found to save the paper and the graphics is to make multiple passes. First I copy the entire white paper and paste it to an MS Word document. This saves the text and wraps the text, but the graphics are represented by little boxes that I cannot open.

Then I save each graphic to the desktop of my PC. Then I open each graphic on my desktop. Then I copy and paste each graphic into the appropriate location in the MS Word document.

Howdy, Stranger!
