Error while installing Oracle enterprise manager Cloud Control 12 c

Hi,I called someone from the Oracle Licensing service and he says that I could install OEM CC 12C to monitor standard one databases.
I created a standard one database to be used as the OEM CC repository.
While installing the OEM CC I've got the followin error message.
My question is quite simple : Is OEM CC 12 compatible with Standard One Databases, if yes how can I solve that problem ?
