Setting up your oltp system

Hello,

I'm looking for some documentation regarding "setting up your oltp system" as the one I found at Oracle Database 11gR2 online documentation "Setting Up Your Data Warehouse System" (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/server.112/e25555/tdpdw_system.htm#BABJIFGI).

What I need is to find out which resources to allocate to fulfill oltp requirements such as concurrency, transaction's average size, characterset ...
