CC Overdue and emplid on the User Profile

Hello,

We have a policy that terminated employees have their emplid removed on the User Profile in Security after termination.  This can cause the EX_CC_OVRDUE process to fail because it looks at the emplid on PSOPRDEFN to retrieve employee email ID's for notification.  Does anyone else have this experiance?  If so can you explain to me the need to remove the emplDs  on termmed users in FSCM?
