java.lang.NullPointerException when Publishing FSG

Has anyone experienced this error?

My client has three reports (For example)  She can publish the first 2 then the third she gets this error java.lang.NullPointerException.  She is selecting Excel, not PDF.

We are in 12.1.3 EBS with 11gR2 DB.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
