PO's Stuck with the Activity Name Waiting for Approval during the PO-Approval process.

Hi All,

We are facing an issue related to the PO Approval process and this issue is occuring randomly with some PO's.

Issue: During the approval process, some of the PO's are getting stuck having the Activity_Name='WAITINGFORCONCURRENTPROGRAM'. this is just stuck at this point and not going to the approver and buyers are not able to figure out unless they peek in to see if they are supposed to get any PO for approval.

We are not sure of the root cause as it is a randomly occuring issue and wondering if any one faced thi issue before.
