Patch 14549341 generating errors for INV form objects

 Hi,

Customer applied Patch 14549341
The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

inv     forms/D INVSDOIO.fmx
inv     forms/E INVSDOIO.fmx
inv     forms/F INVSDOIO.fmx
inv     forms/I INVSDOIO.fmx

Issue seems to be related to Bug: 11701147 which suggests patch 9958456 as it delivers INVSDOIO.fmb version  120.46.12010000.25.
Customer already on this version of the Form.
Note:  No issue with US form. Customer able to use Organization parameters Form. No issues.
European users not able to use it.

The instance has only Us, D,E,F and I  languages.
