Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully after installing Patch 15830450 for ESA Language

Release 12.1.3

We installed the Generic and ESA language version of Patch 15830450 (CRM Consolidated Patch Oracle E-Business Suite Externsions with Oracle Endeca 12.1.3.2.). The Generic was successful but the ESA received the following error:
