Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear All,
I found an error bellow when running Authorizze Bank Account Transfer.

BankAccountTransferAMImpl.authorizeTransfers throws SQLException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at "APPS.CE_BAT_API", line 1459 ORA-06512: at line 1 .

Why this error occurred?
How to solve this problem?
