Incomplete sales stage values on pivot report

 Hi All,
A pivot report has been built with Revenue being shown Sales Stage-wise i.e. Revenue at Sales Stage 1, 2, 3 etc. 

All the sales stage values show-up however when couple of filters are applied then only those stages show-up for which revenue is allocated in the output. And what we want is that irrespective of whether a sales stage value contains revenue or not; all sales stage values should reflect.

Quick response will be highly appreciated.
