Unable to access link to report url outside bi publisher

Hi All,
I am using bi publisher 11g. I am able to view the report from bi publisher. When i try to take the link to report and try accessing the report from outside the application, i am unable to access the report. Its showing me 500 internal server error. Please help me to fix this??
