Recovery Rate Tax Rule using Accounting Segments Doesn't Work

Hi,

I set up a Recovery Rate Rule using Accounting Segments but when I enter a transaction doesn't work and I receive a generic error.

I verified my setup using Note 1109436.1 but I couldn't find the problem. The only thing is that in the Defaults and Controls Options / Configuration Owner for France (that is the country associated with the tax setup) the options 'Enforce Tab from Account' is not enabled and I can not edit this option. But my understanding from the Note is that if in Transactions / Event Class settings the option is enabled this shouldn't be a problem.
