Windows XP reboots when running R12 OAF tutorial page using jDeveloper

Hi,

I have installed latest patch for jDeveloper for R12.1.3 (p9879989_R12_GENERIC) on my laptop (Dell E6410, Windows XP).
After seting up jDev, while running Tutorial page, system reboots.

I noticed whenever OC4J running and trying to process the page, machine reboots.
I have enough RAM (4GB) on my laptop.

I tried searching various solutions on Microsoft suppport site, ran chkdsk, also can not see any memory dump under \Windows\Minidump folder but no clues as of now.

Please advice if anybody has encountered this kind of issue, how to resolve !
