Emiail notifications allowing users to Approve Sundry Sales + IExps even when they do not approval r

Good Afternoon,

Using v:11.5

Scenario.:  A user receives a forwarded email  approval notification. Then is able to approve the Sundry Sales Inv or IExpense claim even if they have no approval set up in Oracle.

How do I stop forwarded email recipients from approving when using the link in the notification ?
