11.5.10.2 : patch pre-req missing while applying patch 5394384 in configurator instance

Hi,

Patch pre-req missing while applying patch 5394384

Here is our scenario
1) we started applying patch 14782699
2) patch failed with form compilation error for form "Form  APXINWKB.fmx generation is failed"
3)observed that it is due to due to lower version of package PA_ACC_GEN_WF_PKG (115.27.90.3) Current APXINWKB.fmb ( version 115.953) requires higher version of package PA_ACC_GEN_WF_PKG (115.32)
4) found out that Above package can be delivered by applying Patch:5394384
5) observed that patch 5394384 requires pre-preq 11i.PJ_PF.M   patch      3485155 but we are not using project module

can we go ahead with out applying patch 3485155 ? to fix the form issue ?
