Manage Specific DB operations for Support Team from OEM

Hi All,

We have multiple databases where user account being managed for creating/resetting password/unlocking user account by operation team

This team also want to monitor the overall healthcheck & running status of all databases if necessary in future( May not required now).

They are NOT DBAs, however they need to have permission to change the user account using OEM page to avoid creating custom package on every database to managing user accounts.

So, Please suggest what are the possible option available in OEM Grid for non-dba users/team to manage some of the DB specific operations with limited privilege in OEM Page.
