Automate download account numbers

I need to automate an interface that downloads all of CRM On Demand account numbers and upload to another legacy system.  Export utility in CRM On Demand Downloads all of Accounts information and includes all account types.  I just want actual account numbers, not prospects.  What's my best option of achieving this - downloading all of actual account numbers?
