Need to report Journals by user name

Hello,

We're addressing some audit concerns and I'm wondering if there is any report or query in EBS that will show you Journals, the username that created them and the username that last updated them.  Going to Help - Record History is tedious, so I was wondering if ther is anything out there that pulls both data and metadata from the system for journals?  Thanks for any insights!
