Errors ORA-27300, ORA-27301, ORA-27302

Good morning.
We have a RAC composed of two nodes.

We have 4 instances on each node so in total we have 8 instances.

Each node has ASM configured.

OS Version:Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.2 (Santiago)
cat /etc/redhat_release: 2.6.32-300.3.1.el6uek.x86_64

Yesterday we were getting error: ORA-00020: maximum number of processes (%s) exceeded when we attempt to connect to ASM to whatever instance we wanted.

For example: Instances orcl1 and orcl2
If I tried to connect to ASM of instance orcl1 on node1 (login in as grid and issuing asmcmd command) we got error: ORA-00020: maximum number of processes (%s) exceeded
