AgentDeploy script issues

I hope I have the right community for this post - but I was wondering if someone might provide some assistance in trying to determine what the problem is concerning the use of the agentDeploy.sh script to install the OEM 12c agent on a AIX system.  At the bottom of this note I have shown the output ./emctl status oms -details on the OEM server - it seems to indicated the the Agent Upload is unlocked and the shows the HTTP Upload Port 4889 and HTTPS Upload Port 4903.

I then ran the following command on the AIX client:

agentDeploy.sh AGENT_BASE_DIR=/u01/app/oracle/product/agent12c OMS_HOST=slpmoeml01.unix.magellanhealth.com EM_UPLOAD_PORT=4903 AGENT_REGISTRATION_PASSWORD=xxxxxx
